Project Manager (Multifamily Construction) Our client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 25+ years ago, they specialize in the commercial and multi-family spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (with multifamily and/or commercial project experience) to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization Job Description Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and cost controls. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Proactively address any project-related challenges or risks. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and codes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required A strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and techniques. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Strong communication abilities for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferred Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer A competitive base salary between $100,000-$140,000 (Depending on Experience) Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
