We are on the search for a Regulatory Associate to support the Regulatory and Product Manager in the areas of domestic and international product registration and compliance. They will work cross functionally with the Product Development team, supporting new product development by scouting new ingredients, compiling product substantiation, and registering products internationally.

The Deets:

  • Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations, guidelines, and industry standards applicable to dietary supplements.
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including product dossiers, technical files, and regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review product labeling, marketing materials, and advertising for compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends to adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
  • Assess potential regulatory risks associated with products and propose strategies to mitigate compliance issues.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in food science, biology, chemistry or related field.
  • Strong relationship management and team building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn FDA regulations pertaining to Dietary Supplements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Experience with MS Office.
