Description Mental Health Associate - On-Call/Variable Shift - Providence Regional Medical Center Everett The Mental Health Specialist (MHS) works with other team caregivers of inpatient unit staff to provide patient care in a variety of job duties, and under the direct supervision of the Social Work Supervisor, RN, or the Mental Health Professional, or the inpatient Unit Manager or Director. Diploma or GED or equivalent educ/experience National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year in an acute or residential inpatient psychiatric facility in a similar role. Applicable internship or practicum experience may be applied towards required years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Adult inpatient psych unit: experience in an adult psychiatric environment. Why Join Providence? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
