Description:

Our client is currently seeking a

Civil Engineer- Land Development

in Minneapolis. If you are on the market for a role like this and outside the Twin Cities they will offer an excellent relocation package via a sign on bonus for the right candidate.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with fellow engineering staff, both departmentally and across disciplines, local municipalities, contractors, and land development clients Manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design standards, and specifications to ensure a quality project is delivered on-time and on-budget Passion to develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets Desire to work and team with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the MN market Aptitude to lead, mentor and advance junior staff Eagerness to grow and maintain strong client and staff relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

7+ years of relevant Land Development design or construction management Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects and work collaboratively with peers Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices Strong project management skills are preferred Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency with ICPR and stormwater modeling
