Role Description This is a full-time in-office role for a Project Manager Civil Engineer. As a Project Manager Civil Engineer at CDR, you will be responsible for leading a team through planning, design and other tasks pertaining to the project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Positive attitude and strong willingness to continually learn and grow Committed to teamwork and project deadlines Lead a team of designers while communicating the needs of the client and company efficiently. Manage projects (ie: High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks and QSR developments) Establish and oversee design criteria while following general design standards. Lead a team of associate and design engineers with and efficient and effective problem-solving management style. Establish project parameters that ensure prompt and quality plans that are delivered onetime. Work directly with Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development. Adherence to CDR standard and core values Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 6+ years in Land Development Client, Project, and Team Management Skills Ability to multitask Budget and Financial Planning Proficiency in AutoCad EIT and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
