Currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator to help support out team. Operations Ensure branch office staff have the tools, training and information they need to complete their jobs.Collaborate with Leadership to ensure schedules meet the needs of business demands.Support in the scheduling and oversight of staff.Identify errors and facilitate efforts to improve performance.Support company leadership in providing performance feedback and monitoring performance of team members.Ensure strong and positive relations with other Friesen Group companies. Remain a proactive problem solver, involving the appropriate levels of leadership.Manage projects across all Owens operations.Consult with leadership to establish company processes, policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures in all process improvement and project management efforts.Collaborate with leadership to update processes to ensure safe patient care, adherence to regulation and positive facility relations.Review and approve all invoices and collaborate with Accounting/FInance to ensure timely payment.Assist President in all efforts to improve business performance, optimize automation, and inventory management. Process Improvement Identify, publish and facilitate company Key Performance Indicators.Identify and develop operating systems to improve performance increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.Conduct periodic audits of practices that have an impact on patient and employee safety.Assist in evaluating process performance to establish improvements by implementing new systems, procedures and policy.Align work processes with financial and quality performance metrics and ensure stakeholders are aware and understand the metrics. Financial Management Provide input to and communication of the financial goals and budget of the company.Review company financial performance monthly and provide input and explanation for positive and poor performance.Assist inventory management to perform analysis of inventory and ensure effective utilization.Ensure projects are delivered within budget. Customer and Sales Services Consult with Leadership to address customer service and contract issues with a continuous improvement mindset and approach.Report themes and trends regarding customer feedback (positive and negative) to Leadership.Participate in divisional marketing plans for development and implementation.Track and publish customer feedback linking metrics to financial and quality goals.Assist in the management and oversight of brand management for Owens. Other Duties Coordinate all meetings, agendas and distribute minutes appropriately.Identify industry trends.Encourage engagement and participation among staff members.Provide positive feedback and reassurance to team and individuals when appropriate.Conduct meetings in a professional and timely manner.Remain open to change and adapt with consideration of all work styles and temperments.Provide input to and action item support for company strategy, process improvement and change management.RequirementsExperience 2 years experience in related field Education High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Licensure Valid Driver's License and clear DMV record Special Skills Strong computer skills. Professional and strong communication skills.Salary Description $25.50-$28.50
