Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment
- Process invoices and pay vendor bills in a timely and accurate manner
- Match receipts to invoices and resolve any discrepancies professionally
- Maintain well-organized accounts payable records and files
- Communicate effectively with vendors in both English and Spanish to resolve issues
- Prepare checks and ensure payment amounts are correct
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial analysis
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Attentive to detail and committed to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
