At JSL you are part of a warm and inviting community that provides support services and quality living to older adults. Our residents enjoy a full range of social and cultural programs and activities while residing in our assisted living communities.

The right candidate for this position is someone who truly enjoys the company of older adults. This position requires exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position.

We have an opening for team oriented, full-time Housekeeper for our Oak Park Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.

Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties:
  • Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
  • Trash removal
  • Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
  • Cleaning vacant apartments.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 1 Year Housekeeping experience
