Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper for Apartment Community to join our team at Tri City Rentals. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light cleaning and organizing duties, including sanitizing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing walls and doors.
  • Detail laundry machines and maintain a daily spotless environment for residents and guests.
  • Keep common areas, hallways, stairwells, and entrances clean and checked daily.
  • Clean vacant apartments before a move-in.
  • Assist other staff with light outside upkeep, including planting and watering seasonal flowers and clearing snow at building entrances.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with a schedule and set routine.
  • Prompt, courteous, and detailed in all interactions.
  • Ability to lift, bend, reach, and walk stairs on a daily basis.
  • Own reliable transportation.
