  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks to offer the best service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Respond to RFQs and RFPs: Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Resource Planning:Determine the Client and tools required for Power Transformer installations.
  • Coordination:Work with internal teams handling transformer sales, logistics, project management, proposal building, and installation.
  • Technical Preparation:Prepare and deliver technical scopes for planned inspections.
  • Site Visits:Occasionally travel to job sites to discuss planned or performed maintenance with Field Service Engineers.
  • mbition and Drive:Enthusiastic and committed to thriving in a fast-paced, complex job environment.
  • Technical Background: Relevant technical degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Finance, Construction, or Design) or comparable experience in a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Industry Automation and Transformers is a plus.
  • Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and support candidate team with newly acquired knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Interest in and experience with process improvement is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-through.
  • Systems Proficiency: Comfortable working with various systems (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Jira).
  • Team Collaboration: Structured, collaborative, and positive with a respectful approach to diverse cultures, religions, genders, orientations, and abilities.
