This is one of our entry level positions to introduce you to home maintenance / warranty, an exciting industry to be in. You will be assigned to a team member that will provide you leadership in your assigned community and help you with being responsible for managing warranty and home service process for assigned homes to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals. The Warranty Technician Assistant is regularly required to: Walk, climb stairs, sit, and stand. Talk and hear at normal levels. See with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and have the ability to adjust focus. Reach with hands and arms. Use hands and fingers to operate tools and other business machines. Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
