Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Customer Service Representative with our manufacturing client located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Our client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative due to the recent growth that the company has experienced. The Customer Service Rep will work alongside the Customer Service Manager and will be required to work fully onsite in the Buffalo Grove office.

Responsibilities:
  • Inputting orders from their retail customers into the system
  • Sending orders to shipping department
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information when needed
  • Reaching out to customers or sales team when necessary
  • Going into customer portals to retrieve orders and sync them to the company's ERP in order to create orders
Qualifications:
  • An Associate's Degree or higher or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a customer service role
  • PC proficiency, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Attentiveness to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Must have a tactful and professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
