**Sales Manager E-Commerce / Handel (m/w/d)**

In dieser vielfltigen und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabe bist Du als Sales Manager / Senior Sales Representative verantwortlich fr Vertriebsaktivitten mit Fokus auf das Segment E-Commerce / Handel.

**Dein Aufgabenspektrum:**

* Identifikation potentieller Neukunden, bernahme bestehender Kundenkontakte, Qualifikation der durch Marketing Lead Management-, Innendienst-, Multinational Sales-Aktivitten oder Partnerkanle vermittelten Kontakte, Entwicklung und Betreuung von Partnernetzwerken

* C-Level-Ansprache bzw. Einstieg ber den Fachbereich

* Ermittlung von Kundenbedrfnissen und -erwartungen sowie mglichen Ansatzpunkten, Aufzeigen von Problemlsungen und Mehrwerten

* Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Lsungsanstzen ber alle Stufen des Credit Managements und Services der Intrum hinweg

* Koordination der jeweiligen Teams der Intrum in einem multinationalen Umfeld bei der Erarbeitung von Servicekonzepten

* Steuerung der Angebotserstellung sowie der Vertragsgesprche

* Je nach Aufgabenschwerpunkt auch Betreuung whrend des Onboardingprozesses sowie Koordination von Serviceanpassungen im Zeitablauf sowie Up- und Cross-Selling-Aktivitten

**Dein Profil:**

* Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Hohe Vertriebsexpertise, Leidenschaft an der Front aktiv zu sein und berzeugende Erfolgsbilanz

* Umfassendes Wissen im Forderungsmanagement oder den vorgelagerten Stufen (Payment-, Risiko-, Debitorenmanagement)

* Idealerweise auch Kenntnisse im den Bereichen Omnichannel-Einzelhandel (Mobile/E-Commerce/POS), Acquiring/Zahlungsdienstleister, Girocard-Lastschriftverfahren/innovative Bezahlmethoden

* Bestehendes Netzwerk und Zugang zu entsprechenden Entscheidungstrgern in der E-Commerce/Handel-/Payment-Branche

* Vertriebliche Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikations-, Energie- oder anderen transaktionsintensiven Consumer-Branchen (B2C) bzw. Business-to-Business-Branchen (B2B) von Vorteil

* Beherrschung der Fachthemen und Herausforderungen der(n) jeweiligen Zielbranche(n)

* Fhigkeit auf geschftlicher Ebene nachhaltig Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen

* Analytische, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persnlichkeit, Fhigkeit erklrungsbedrftige Dienstleistungen und Lsungen auf allen Entscheiderebenen vermitteln zu knnen

* Beziehungsmotivierte und positive Persnlichkeit, Teamfhigkeit und Wille zum Erfolg, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, emphatische Huntermentalitt

* Digitale Affinitt und hohe bereinstimmung der eigenen berzeugungen und Wertvorstellungen mit den Werten der Intrum - Empathie, Ethics, Dedication, Solutions
