Job Qualifications- What you bring to the table Required: Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Transformation, Business Consulting or Change Management. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Consulting or Change Management Field. Preferred: Prior Insurance experience; preferably in a P&C environment. Extensive experience in the design and implementation of target operating models, business process transformation/re-engineering, process management, capital projects, data visualization, and reporting. Demonstrable Internal Consulting or Management Consulting experience in the area of Insurance. Ability to develop collaborative relationships. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, from entry-level to senior leaders. Strong project management and time management skills. Experience in digital solutions and automation projects, if any, will be an added advantage. Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. Ability to learn new concepts and capabilities rapidly through self-driven learning and research. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong change management, process management, and communication and training plan development experience. Experience leading projects from idea to post-implementation.
