Seeking a competitive self-starter with a strong customer focus. In this role, you will sell products by quoting, promoting, and accurately processing customer orders. You will be fully trained on all products to allow you to demonstrate product knowledge as you build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Sell products or services

Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements

Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders

Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales

Maintain customer records, using automated systems (CRM)

Answer customers' questions about products, prices and availability, or credit terms

Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications

Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs

Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

Learn to recognize industry trends and new developments

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

College degree (preferred)

3-5 years of sales, customer service or related experience; industrial sales preferred

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Strong Oral Expression and Comprehension - Communicate with people in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail

Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources

The Business Analyst will be part of an innovative Business Intelligence and Sales Tools Team within Cybersource. The team enables the design, development and delivery of automated reports and dashboards that are leveraged by our sales teams, sales leaders, business partners, functional areas, businesses units and executives. This role requires creativity of dashboard design, problem solving, and the proven ability to demonstrate best practices in data analytics and Business Intelligence

**Responsibilities**

* Work with business leaders across the Sales Organization to understand the needs and requirements of the business. Provide data-driven insights and results that address these requirements.

* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting through proactive awareness, alerts, testing and processes

* Drive new customer experience KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations.

* Work with large datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, and behaviors

* Design, build, enable and maintain Tableau and BI dashboards and stories for both executive level and functional areas

* Generate powerful data visualizations that tell a story thru the data

* Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions
