A day in the life of an Insurance CSR:

  • Helping customers understand policy coverages.
  • Making changes to policies when a customer buys a new vehicle, replaces a roof or expands their business.
  • Assisting Producers in quoting coverages for new or existing customers.
  • Preparing renewal quotes or policies to be reviewed with our customers.
  • Team meetings, mentoring or 1:1 career development time.
