We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Grants Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to improve healthcare outcomes through securing and managing grants that fund important projects and initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and administrative staff, to ensure compliance with grant requirements and effective utilization of funds.

Your Impact:

    • Research, identify, and evaluate grant funding opportunities relevant to our healthcare organization's goals and initiatives.
    • Prepare and submit grant proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to grant guidelines and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with program managers, researchers, and finance staff to develop budgets and financial plans for grant proposals and projects.
    • Manage the grant application process, including coordinating reviews, revisions, and approvals.
    • Monitor and track grant expenditures to ensure compliance with funding source requirements and organizational policies.
    • Prepare and submit grant reports and documentation as required by funding agencies.
    • Maintain organized records of all grant activities, including correspondence, financial documents, and progress reports.
    • Stay informed about changes in grant regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure organizational compliance.
    • Assist in the development of grant-related policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline the grant management process.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.
Your Credentials:
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in grant writing, grant management, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of grant funding processes, including proposal development, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and trends affecting grant funding in the healthcare sector.
