Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contractor to support a Senior Manager in Marketing Operations in providing conference statistics, data analytics, forecasting, reporting, responding to requests for data and ensuring data integrity between multiple databases. This critical role will be to deliver the business analysis, sales support and registration reporting necessary for the company to reach its registration goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and cleaning data across marketing systems Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau showcasing partner recruitment marketing performance including event, website and content syndication performance. Ensure that data is accurately flowing between different database systems (Pardot, CRM and Third party vendors) and develop a repeatable/automated process to ensure accuracy Monitor registration data to ensure that key business stakeholders are kept current on marketing performance Build, maintain, update and optimize critical dashboards in Tableau for key business stakeholders in marketing and sales Assist, as requested, in extracting data and performing requisite analyses to answer critical business questions on demographics, trends, forecasting and other key variables as requested by business stakeholders Assist, as requested, in performing analysis to help guide business decision making. Understand trends in data and highlight this to management. Assist, as requested, in providing support, analyses and insight for other high visibility marketing projects

Required Skills/Experience:

2-4 years’ experience as a data analyst or similar role Strong Excel skills, working with pivot tables, analyzing large tables of data, comfortable using VLOOKUP and other data analysis formulas, Advanced SQL skills to access, update, manipulate, insert and modify data efficiently. Experience using Tableau, including data management and visualizations Track record of identifying business data needs, performing detailed and insightful analysis and developing reports that meet these needs and drive business results. Ability to provide analysis and insight based on partial information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Ability to understand the business and anticipate data needs.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
