CNC Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in CNC repair and troubleshooting, ready to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: Rebuild spindles and change out ballscrews. Set backlash and perform precision mechanical adjustments. Troubleshoot and maintain CNC controls, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. Read and troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic. Perform electrical troubleshooting on systems ranging from 24V to 480V. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain older, custom-built machinery. Experience in machining, blueprint reading, and working with lathes and mills. Proficiency in schematic and PLC troubleshooting within an industrial setting. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
