Custodian/Maintenance Technician Join our team We are hiring for the role of Custodian/Maintenance Technician in the Maintenance Department. Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday Essential Job Functions: Maintain cleanliness of City Hall, Public Safety Building, Street Department, and various city owned buildings. Perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning toilets, sinks, & mirrors. Maintain building grounds, including but not limited to: sweeping sidewalks, pulling weeds, emptying trash cans, & picking up debris. Perform seasonal duties, including mowing, raking leaves, and snow/ice removal. Perform routine maintenance throughout buildings. Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing minor preventative maintenance and repairs. Serve on 24-hour call for emergencies. Why should you apply?
