**Key Responsibilities**
As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
* Answer phone calls & emails from customers
+ Placing orders
+ Sales quotes
+ Sample orders
+ Stock availabilities
+ Return/ claim requests
* Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
* Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone
* Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
**What We Are Looking For**
* 1 - 2 years of experience in a call center experience
* Building Materials industry experience, a plus
* Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Strong sense of drive & multi-tasking ability
* Team-oriented, shows initiative
* Proficient with Word and Excel
* AS400 experience an advantage
* High School graduate, some college courses preferred
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
