Client Overview:
Our client, a global manufacturer of flavor and fragrance products, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing Distribution team
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing product inventory levels and communicating shipping information to the warehouse. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:
  • Maintain accurate product counts in the database.
  • Prepare invoices for customers.
  • Enter product information into Excel.
  • Process back-ordered products.
  • Research shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator:
  • Prior experience working in shipping/receiving.
  • Computer proficiency including experience with UPS/FedEx shipping programs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Candidates for the Logistics Coordinator must be comfortable standing/bending/walking for 8 hours.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
