Actively track domestic shipping logistics for shows, events, and partnerships
Daily data entry of shipments for shows, events, and partnerships
Track and report inventory levels within multiple warehousing facilities
Act as a liaison with the third-party warehouses with respect to daily operations
Maintain and improve day-to-day operations at warehousing facilities: processing inbounds, pick and packing orders, processing returns
Perform regular visits to warehousing facilities to check inventory
Foster and maintain professional, efficient, positive relationships with vendors, venues, clients and internal teams through email & phone communication
Support other supply chain projects and initiatives
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Should possess high attention to detail, highly organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Should possess cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to support multiple internal teams
Ability to efficiently work under pressure regarding quick timelines. Ability to make quick level-headed decisions
Should possess knowledge of 3PL, courier services, freight forwarders, international shipping services & requirements
Availability and willingness to work differentiating hours, not always 9-5pm
Superb interpersonal skills and communicates well with a variety of audiences.
Comfort and/or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable traveling.
