Tests deliverables to ensure project objectives are met. •Assists the Project Manager in developing a project plan and providing status. Requirements: •Ability to work with Stakeholders and Team Members to understand complex concepts and to conceptualize the methods and techniques needed for obtaining solutions to meet business requirements. •Ability to work on solutions supporting multiple business areas, integration points and a large number of affected components. Experience with systems that use web services. •Working knowledge and experience of relational databases and the SQL language. Ability to understand and create complex queries and design tables. •Ability to analyze and decompose relevant business processes. Experience with both batch processes and web-based applications. •Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle, using both iterative practices and agile methodologies. Ability to follow Navistar IT standards and operating model. •Experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and design reviews. •Experience with data analysis and process models/mapping to be used as input into the functional design. •Ability to create new and/or update existing functional requirement documentation including process flows based on user stories. •Ability to create the visual appearance and UI design for new software applications and enhancements (desired skill). •Experience creating test plans/cases and performing system testing. •Ability to work independently with minimum guidance, to understand complex processes and solutions, and to adapt easily to changes. •Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment and reasoning skills. •Is self-motivated, responsible, dependable and works with a sense of urgency. Is energized by challenges. •Has strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with Stakeholders, Technical Analysts, and Management. •Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of customers. •Experience in Microsoft Office.
