Retail Reinvented is seeking a candidate for a multi-faceted customer service role (within the lighting industry) to join our remote customer service team The **eCommerce Customer Service Associate** will provide customer service and support via phone, e-mail, and chat and will need to have a high degree of independence in a virtual working environment. Candidates with specific experience in indoor/outdoor lighting are preferred. This is a fast-paced environment, and candidates who are comfortable in environments with limited structure and supervision are a must. This will be an exciting opportunity for a multi-talented individual. **This is a 100% remote opportunity with a pay rate of $20/Hr.** **Responsibilities** + Providing phone, chat, and e-mail support to retail customers. + Providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems of retail customers. + Referencing measurements charts to provide clear and accurate descriptions for customers. + Utilizing multiple systems and applications such as Vonage, Hubspot, and Magento to assist in day-to-day customer support + Basic math computation for customer orders and sales. + Logging customer calls and annotating customer chat interactions. **Basic Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + At least one year of customer service experience. + Independent and a self-starter; can monitor responsibilities, research new concepts as needed, and proactively determine and begin next steps. + Communicates clearly through written and spoken word. + Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects while delivering quality performance. + Possesses an understanding of marketing and sales. + Knowledge of and familiarity with CRMs + Required Skills & Expertise + Basic math computation and measurements skills. + Knowledge of the design and lighting industry and knowledge of lanterns is a plus + Experience with Microsoft Suite. + Knowledge of Hubspot, WordPress, Shopify, and/or Magento is a plus but not required. + Detail-oriented. + Ability to multi-task. + Conflict resolution. + Assertive and active listener. + Quick-learner.
