Recruiting Manager - Hybrid Schedule

As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on strategic sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant tools. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: · Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. · Utilize market research and industry trends to stay ahead in recruitment practices. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements. · Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. · Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. · Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates. · Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Employee Engagement: · Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. · Collaborate with HR and management to create a positive workplace culture. Retention Strategies: · Analyze employee turnover data and identify areas for improvement. · Implement retention strategies to increase employee satisfaction and reduce attrition. · Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. · Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field – Preferred but not required · Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment. · Proven expertise in using LinkedIn and other tools for talent acquisition. · Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. · Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
