About the Position
This role will focus on
high-volume recruitment of
advanced practice clinicians (NPs, PAs, and etc) and therapists . This role requires outstanding communication skills and speedy execution in connecting & screening candidates of high volume.

Key Responsibilities:
Screen, interview, and evaluate a high volume of candidates, focusing on clinical roles like NPs, PAs, and mental health therapists.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with advanced practice clinicians, catering to both active and passive job seekers.
Provide a tailored and exceptional candidate experience, reflecting the unique aspects of advanced practice healthcare professions.
Qualifications:
(Required) Experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment.
(Required) Strong understanding of practice conditions, qualifications and roles of advanced practice clinicians and mental health therapists.
(Required) Excellent communication and writing abilities.
(Required) Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies and systems.
Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements
Salary & Bonus: $40/hr to $55+/hr, negotiable.
Location: Entirely remote within the US.
Job Type: Contractor.
