Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse operations and develop strategies to address inefficiencies. Value Stream Mapping: Conduct value stream mapping to analyze and visualize the flow of materials and information within the warehouse. Kaizen Events: Lead and participate in Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 5S Implementation: Implement and maintain 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Standard Work: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and quality. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to align lean initiatives with overall business objectives. Project Management: Manage lean projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely completion and achieving desired outcomes. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of lean initiatives.Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or a related field.Knowledge / training: Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in lean tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping). Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment.
