As a key member of our Production Engineering team you will oversee the architecture and quality of our Terraform codebase, monitor our site, internal services and databases, and partner with our constituent engineering teams to build our service-oriented architecture. Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. The annual salary of a Senior Staff Production Engineer is $265,000 USD in San Francisco/NYC; $252,000 USD in Austin/Boston/LA/Seattle/DC and $225,000 USD in all other US Cities. In Canada, the salary is 243,000 CAD in Vancouver/Toronto; 225,500 CAD in Victoria/Calgary and 210,000 CAD in all other locations in Canada. Benefits and perks also vary based on location.
