Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and expanding our cloud infrastructure and engineer-centric platform tools. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features for our internal platforms to enhance the engineer's experience.
  • Take the initiative to identify and solve problems to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Drive innovative technical solutions while adhering to iterative principles.
  • Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams.
  • Use your technical skills to solve real-world problems and participate in a team on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of DevOps/SRE/development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to drive a project from concept to release.
  • Experience with cloud computing providers such as GCP or AWS.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators, and modern API Gateways.
  • Experience in Go or a similar programming language.
  • Drive for Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, along with automation using Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms, such as Github Actions and ArgoCD, with an emphasis on engineer satisfaction.
  • Experience maintaining high availability and/or high traffic production web environments.

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $119,680 - $149,600 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
