JOB OVERVIEW

Our enriching environment fosters growth and development so our people can thrive and bring their best selves to work every day The Renewal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and renewing existing customer contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

ResponsibilitiesManage and renew existing customer contractsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customersIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and servicesMeet or exceed sales targets and quotasProvide exceptional customer service and supportCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWhy Join Us?
