Your Mission:

As our Parts Product Support Specialist, you hold the keys to delivering world-class customer service through our parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastering counter sales and promptly addressing customer inquiries with a smile.
  • Commanding daily parts orders and orchestrating seamless drop shipments.
  • Fulfilling orders, ensuring precision in shipping or for customer pickup.
  • Nurturing a spotless, secure, and inviting workplace and warehouse.
  • Being the detective who resolves any inventory discrepancies.
  • Deciding the best way to transport parts shipments, like a logistics pro.
  • Skillfully handling a forklift for loading and unloading cargo.
  • Making the magic happen by checking in daily and weekly stock orders.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and camaraderie with your team.
