Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Purchasing Procurement Specialist** position **.** **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date:** Within two to three weeks. **Location:** Intersect of Forbs Avenue and Hoffman Blvd in **Hoffman Estates, IL** . Please make sure this drive works for you prior to applying. **Pay:** $28.85 to $ 28.85 **Length:** Long Term. Potentially Temp to Hire for the right person. **Hours** : 9am to 2pm, M-F. This role is hybrid and works in-office Tues/Wed/Thurs. **IMPORTANT** Advanced knowledge of the program called Ariba is required. Must carry a proficiency in Excel. Advanced knowledge of other MS Office programs. Make certain your experience in Ariba is listed within your previous employment. Responsibilities for the **Purchasing Procurement Specialist** role include: + Perform administrative reporting and customer outreach. + Build rapport with internal customers and elevate vendor relationships. + Manage the procure-to-pay process in an efficient, focused, and flexible manner. + Act as single point of contact for internal customers and vendors for the procure-to-pay process. + Create PRs, ensure approvals, liaising with vendor, managing invoicing. + Work closely with corporate accounts payable team. Qualifications for this **Purchasing Procurement Specialist** role: + Completed college degree in a related field. + A minimum of four years of recent experience in administrative support. + Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel. + Detail-oriented with analytical thinking skills. + Able to keep detailed records with accurate data for reporting. + Polished communication skills (written / verbal). + Must have excellent attendance. **Pay Details:** $28.85 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
