Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Welcome: Warmly greet customers s they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer calls: Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions for service and sales departments.
• Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding their inquiries and service appointments.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception and cashier areas are clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and office equipment.
• Personality: Friendly, professional and customer-focused demeanor.
