*Position Summary:* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to move to full-time as your caseload grows. This role involves providing direct therapy services to clients of all ages in their homes and community settings, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
* Provide therapy services in-home and in community settings.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
* Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment.
* Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
* Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
* Experience working in home and community settings is preferred but not required.
* Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
