United States (USD): Zone A $161,700$222,800; Zone B $153,600$211,700; Zone C $145,700$200,200. Canada (CAD, BC): $183,200$253,000. Eligible for Webflows company?wide bonus program. Reporting to the Director, Solutions Architects Lead Solutions Architect Role Serve as the strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers from onboarding through long?term scale. Lead executive and developer?level conversations on architecture, integrations, performance, and security. Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise implementation and growth plans. Cultivate and deepen executive relationships to ensure Webflow adoption across entire organizations. Influence Webflows roadmap by surfacing enterprise?scale insights and feedback. Build and contribute enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards that drive repeatable success across accounts. About You 57+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with an enterprise post?sales focus. Depth in web development (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure). Track record of leading strategic accounts and influencing at both executive and technical levels. Ability to bridge technical and non?technical conversations, framing value in business outcomes. Autonomous, prioritizes effectively, delivers results in high?visibility engagements. Comfortable with core front?end technologies, hosting, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and digital marketing. Growth?oriented mindset, open to learning and expanding scope.
