Grant Management Specialist - Project Coordinator

PR: $37.50/hr

Duration: 3 months

Location: Denver CO

Hybrid 3 days/week

This role is responsible for assignments to contribute and/or manage efforts in the pipeline of current and prospective grant funding that align with the company’s carbon free technology strategy. Lead efforts through funding opportunity evaluations and pursuits. Support grant award negotiation and grant program-level status reporting; support award management, award compliance as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience/proficiency with Project management/delivery.
  • Strong organization/prioritization skills, along with dependability and an action-oriented attitude/mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication is also required as this resource will be facilitating application teams. The ability to speak clearly confidently.
  • This resource must have a “big picture” strategic thinking mentality. Must be able to juggle several priorities at once.

Preferred:

  • Would like to see project management skills/experience as well as project/program management certification to indicate proficiency.
  • Would like to see candidates coming from state or federal, national labs or other utilities who are going after federal dollars, etc. Non-profit experience may not be transferable in this case.
