**Job Description**

We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for our Welder positions within our Steel and Irrigation Operations division. The successful candidate will weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders using brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding equipment. Responsibilities include fusing metal structural components together by means of arc welding in the fabrication of steel electrical poles, substations, and other structures, performing welding operations with limited planning from blueprints, utilizing all safety devices, maintaining welding equipment, and reading and completing labor reporting systems.

**Hard Skills**

+ Hands-on welding experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Experience with welding equipment maintenance

+ Knowledge of safety standards in a heavy industrial environment

+ AWS welding certification

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Valley, Nebraska.

**Work Environment**

The position operates in a heavy industrial setting that requires wearing jeans, steel toes with metatarsal cover, and shirts. The environment can be noisy and at times, dirty. The large campus requires driving from building to building. Work shifts available are 2nd: Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11 PM or Monday - Thursday 3 PM - 1 AM, and 3rd: Monday - Friday 11 PM - 7 AM.
