Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to achieve consistent, efficient processes operating within defined parameters.

Design and document systems for process monitoring and control to maximize operational efficiency.

Provide engineering expertise to diagnose and address technical challenges as they arise.

Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.

Assess and enhance the performance of critical measurement equipment using advanced statistical techniques.

Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to visually model process behavior and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
