He or she will interface with other teams including Enrollment Management, IT, Academic Affairs, Alumni Affairs, Development and more, to support the Associate Vice Chancellor for Marketing and Communication in achieving strategic initiatives.Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, business or closely related area of study2. Minimum of two years of related work experience3. Ability to independently write reports suitable for an executive audience4. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint5. Valid state drivers licensePreferred Qualifications1. Five or more years of related experience2. Experience with presentation creation and delivery3. Project management, analytical, and decision-making experience4. Experience managing metrics/reporting5. History of developing and maintaining strong working relationships6. Experience managing small teams7. Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet firm deadlines9. Ability to be creative in problem-solving and communication10. Ability to demonstrate individual initiative as well as team spirit11. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills12. Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency to see projects completed on time and with the highest standards of quality and stewardship13. Event planning skills14.
