Enterprise Project Manager Executive (CRM Business Analyst Focus) Location: Hybrid Columbia, SC (3 days onsite per week) Visa: USC / GC only Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible) Interview: 1 Round F2F or Webcam (Video Required) Project Overview The Client is initiating a CRM reimplementation project and requires a dedicated Enterprise Project Manager Executive who will serve in a Business Analyst / CRM Consultant capacity. This position plays a critical role in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and ensuring successful CRM configuration, implementation, and user adoption across the agency. Required Skills 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, implementation, optimization) 7+ years experience with Sales Processes workflows, pipeline management, process optimization 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst requirements gathering, process documentation, cross?functional collaboration Preferred Skills CRM Certifications: Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Experience creating training materials & SOPs for CRM adoption Experience with Salesforce CRM Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs, workflows, and customer engagement processes Design, configure, and support CRM systems that align with business goals Develop SOPs, training documents, and adoption plans Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams Monitor CRM performance and provide optimization strategies Prepare reports and insights for leadership Support CRM vendor evaluation and system upgrades Stay updated on CRM technologies and best practices Qualifications Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service operations Hands?on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions Preferred Education Bachelors degree in Business, IS, Marketing, or related field Job Details Seniority level: Mid?Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Location: Columbia, SC Salary Range: $87,700 - $139,100 (example) Referrals accepted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
