Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure that all products conform to Core Systems and our customer specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages in process inspections for all operations, and conducting the analytics of the findings. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the company meets its stated business objectives and maintains the company's ISO 9001 QMS.
Requirements
- Develop, implements and maintains of the Quality System, quality control standards, processes, and recommends improvements wherever necessary.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, First Articles, and SQA (supplier quality assurance).
- Basic understanding of COQ (cost f quality) and how it relates to problem solving.
- Conduct analytics of the findings to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with auditing methodologies, validation protocols, design verification and validation protocols, risk assessment and mitigation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Will manage a small team, train and educate employees on quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Drive a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and best practices to improve the effectiveness of the organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- 5+ years of experience managing in a manufacturing facility
- Microsoft Suite, (Word, Excel)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Six Sigma certification a plus
- ASQ Certification a plus
Education Requirements:
College degree in technical discipline, Engineering is preferred

Exempt Salary Details: The annualized base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
