Project Manager Water Services Engineering Boswell invites an experienced Water Services Project Manager to join our team at CHESTER, NJ or South Hackensack, NJ. The role focuses on managing water and wastewater improvement projects, including design of conveyance and treatment systems, environmental studies, and hydraulic modeling. Responsibilities Prepare project proposals, establish budgets, and develop cost estimates. Maintain day?to?day project documentation and ensure projects progress from start to finish on schedule. Attend project meetings, review shop drawings, and coordinate with clients and engineering teams. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative engineering environment. Keep current with state and federal regulations and adapt project plans accordingly. Deliver projects with strong attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication. Work independently, manage time efficiently, and adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. 10+ years of relevant experience managing water and wastewater projects. Design experience of water/sanitary sewer conveyance systems and wastewater treatment plant design. Proficiency in hydraulic modeling and hydraulic design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing project scope, fee schedules, and proposal preparation. Professional Engineering (P.E.) license required. Compensation Salary Range: $120,000.00 $150,000.00 per year. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Company?paid life and voluntary life insurance.
