Due to continued growth in 2025, Boswell is offering a unique growth opportunity for an Environmental Science Project Manager with LSRP Certification to expand our South Hackensack, NJ team. In this role you will be involved in day-to-day operations leading (and helping to develop) junior to mid-level staff consisting of environmental scientists and engineers while also managing projects. Responsibilities include: Wetlands delineation and assessment as well as floodplain management and flood mitigation Many areas of coastal design projects including the preparation of State and Federal environmental permits for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), including Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA), Waterfront Development, Coastal and Freshwater Wetlands, Treatment Works Approval (TWA), New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Nationwide Permits, NJDEP Fish, Game and Wildlife Permits, and NJDEP Dam Permits and Inspections Overall project management which includes mentoring and guiding staff in preparing reports and deliverables ensuring that the Department produces high quality results for our clients This role also includes on-site field work, site evaluations, project management and job meetings as needed. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager and degreed Senior Environmental, Geological, Chemical or Civil Engineer with site remediation experience Current LSRP Certification is required.
