We're a fully remote team working across 35+ countries. You'll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.

You’ll work closely with Design, Product, Marketing and Sales, utilizing your technical expertise to optimize our product, enhance user experience, and contribute to Maze's overall success.

Goals you’ll contribute to include:

Product activation: converting new sign-ups into highly-engaged teams to increase usage and customer retention. Pricing and packaging: releasing new plans and pricing for new sign-ups and legacy customers. Onboarding: releasing our unique, trial-first, self-serve onboarding experience Authorization: improve our Zanzibar-based authorization platform

As a part of the Maze growth product team, you will:

Build a deep understanding of Maze’s enterprise and product-touched GTM motion, and propose and implement improvements to how Maze acquires, activates, and retains customers Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, and define best practices that enable the team to iterate and learn in increasingly tight feedback loops Partner closely with engineering, product, and design leadership to define our growth and experimentation strategy Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes that enable us to measure the impact of every feature that we ship Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of applications in production

You should apply if:

You have relevant professional experience in software development and growth-focused roles You're proficient with modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL) You're enthusiastic about well-tested code and strive to improve your work environment You have excellent written and spoken English skills You thrive in a remote environment

Bonus points:

You have Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and/or TypeScript experience You have experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes You're interested in UX, UI design, and the research field. You have a good dose of initiative and a great sense of humor.
