Full-Time , benefit eligible position working Monday - Friday. Admissions Director responsibilities: Help in the daily admissions of new residents from the hospital setting to skilled care. Coordinate and implement all sales and marketing activities in order to exceed occupancy targets. Collaborate and problem solve with operations, clinical services, and finance departments. Implement a strategic marketing plan (supported by the Cassia marketing team) to include social media, referral source development, community outreach, internal marketing, advertising, public relations, and events. Develop a referral stream with hospital social services and discharge planners, physicians, care managers, insurance companies, and other referral sources. Coordinate the pre-admission process to include clinical information to identify care/service needs, pharmaceutical and DME requirements, and financial information. Demonstrate the department’s leadership traits and the I Am Cassia Values. Use marketing data to guide sales and marketing efforts. Promote and coordinate events to attract new residents and community partners. Perform additional tasks as needed. Admissions Director skills and requirements: LPN license preferred, but not required. Previous experience in skilled care or senior living. Previous experience with admissions a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and demonstrated organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Exceptional time management and communications skills.
