In this administrative role, you willprovide assistance, use information systems and program systems to support the day-to-day operations of our Children First Early Head Start program. Key Responsibilities include: Performing data entry, creating reports, and providing administrative support. Providing translation services for documents needed by the program. Providing up-to-date meal count numbers for Play Groups and work closely with the Child Development Associate, Dietician and Health Services Manager. Collecting and maintaining forms and documents to meet record keeping requirements. Maintaining inventories and ordering office/program supplies, forms, etc. Serving as the central office program contact for staff and families. Assisting management with in purchase ledger administration, weekly expense reporting, and processing check requests. Performing other duties as assigned by management. Venice Family Clinic'sEarly Head Start programis a comprehensive child development program for families with children from birth to age 3 and pregnant mothers.Our program's goal is to promote the health, safety and well-being of young children and their families. Salary range: $26.42 - $37.49 Hourly Qualifications Required: High School Diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Proficient reporting skills, Microsoft office skills (including advanced Excel worksheets), and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to be results driven with a focus on quality. Ability to be in a stationary position for long periods of time, move about inside the office (to access files, office machinery, etc.), move items, and bend. Ability to travel within Los Angeles County to other Venice Family Clinic locations on a weekly basis. Knowledge of Child Plus data management software. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. Experience with event planning. Working knowledge of SAGE Intact and Concur systems.
