About the role Achieve is seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our digital assets. You will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility, improve rankings on major search engines, and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and expansion of keywords opportunities. Analyze and prioritize keywords based on relevance, search volume, and competition. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved search engine visibility. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content. Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues. Implement and manage technical SEO enhancements, including site speed optimization and mobile optimization. Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority. Identify and pursue quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software. Prepare regular audits and reports showcasing key performance metrics and insights. Continuously check search terms and monitor website performance for improvement. Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies. Implement new strategies to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams, to align SEO strategies with overall business goals. Provide SEO guidance and support for various projects and campaigns. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a mid-level position. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, website analytics, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the globe. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
