Job Description Job DescriptionIntakes Coordinator & RecruiterJob DescriptionLocation: company-wide (based in either Naperville, IL or Glenview, IL)Instructional ABA Consultants believes that every child with autism has the right to high-quality ABA services regardless of funding source. Upon diagnosis, families who have children with autism should be wrapped in support; that to have a disability does not mean to have a disadvantage. IABA is seeking to add an Intakes Coordinator & Recruiter to our team to assist with providing these families the best support we can offer and finding motivated, engaged staff to provide that support.Responsibilities and Duties Intakes:Answers family and intake phone calls on the same business dayUpdates intake call log as necessary to include working list of clients and clients who are ready to begin servicesEnsures intake families have a copy of the intake packet, including clinical documentation, insurance informationCommunicates with Clinical Directors to place children on the waitlist in a timely mannerCoordinates the calendars of the BCBA opening the intake and the new family for the first intake appointmentContacts BCBA the next business day following the intake meeting as a prompt to have the BCBA has followed up with the family for any outstanding questionsPrompts BCBA to communicate with the family on status of authorization and timeline of services startingCreates opening documentation for intakes on Central ReachCollect family email to pass to Marketing to ensure family inclusion in company information and eventsFacilitates communication between intakes and billing department as it relates to verification and authorization of benefitsUpdates the monthly intakes form; attends intakes meeting with Clinical DirectorsRecruiting:Designs and implements an overall recruiting strategy for IABACreates and monitors hiring posts across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)Establishes and maintains key relationships with universities and related internshipsActively recruits candidates for open positionsProactively identifies future hiring needs by working closely with the Clinical Directors/SCSReviews candidates on iSolved Hiring and conduct initial interviewsSchedules second interview with appropriate candidates and completes recommendation for offer lettersMakes ongoing recommendations to improve the screening and hiring processQualifications:High School diplomaStrong systems administration backgroundRecruiting/hiring experiencePreferred experience in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisFamiliarity with social mediaStrong skill set surrounding community engagementCustomer service backgroundStrong interpersonal and relationship building/management skillsEffective communication skills across diverse populations/audiencesPassionate about improving the quality of life for children and familiesHigh degree of integrity, reliability, initiative, and accountabilityThis is an in-office position (not remote)#J-18808-Ljbffr
