As an Industrial Engineer Sr/ Operations Engineer Sr supporting the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Camden Operations site, you will join our Industrial Engineering team to support one of the vehicle, missile, or rocket programs. This role is responsible for critical data and analytics support, automation implementation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement across our site. Other responsibilities include:
Capacity analysis for increasing rates
Equipment justifications and project management
Developing and implementing process improvements
Use and practice of lean manufacturing tools
Floor layout changes
Maintaining performance management team metrics
Identifying safety and ergonomic improvements
Basic Qualifications:
STEM related Bachelor's Degree
Standards/Efficiency
Capacity Planning
Man-loading/Balancing
Estimating/Line Flow
Microsoft Office
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all
candidates must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Simulation Modeling
CAPEX Project Management
Production Aerospace/Defense Experience a Plus
SAP Experience
Simulation Experience w/ Simio Software
Tableau experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
